Booking Policy
Full payment is required before confirming your booking and please present the booking confirmation email at check-in. All payments are non-refundable. If a confirmed booking is to be cancelled, a one-time reschedule can be arranged within 3 months from the date of the original booking subject to availability. If you would like to cancel the booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Time limit is 4 hours from the booking time. If late, your booking will not be extended accordingly. No outside food or drinks are allowed. In the event of adverse weather conditions, please refer to our weather arrangement. We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions at any time and at our sole discretion.
