Booking Policy
Full payment is to be due in person on the day of the workshop and please present your booking confirmation email at check-in. All payments are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel the booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Time limit is 4 hours from the booking time. If late, your booking will not be extended accordingly. No outside food or drinks are allowed. In the event of adverse weather conditions, please refer to our weather arrangement. If a confirmed booking has to be cancelled due to adverse weather, a one-time reschedule will be arranged within 3 months from the date of the original booking. We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions at any time and at our sole discretion.
