Coffee Farm to Cup Workshop
with Ringo Lam
Founder and Head Roaster of LCC Roastery, Ringo has been roasting coffee for the Lantau community since 2017. In 2019, he began cultivating coffee trees from germinated seeds collected during a trip to Panama. Since then, more than 20 farmers have joined the initiative, growing over 400 coffee trees on the island. In 2022, Ringo established the Lantau Coffee Co-operative to further promote this endeavour, serving as its driving force. He holds a Certified SCA Coffee Diploma and is an SCA Roasting Professional.
In this workshop, participants will:
