About Your Instructor
Tina is an 800-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with 10 years of experience in teaching various forms of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Advanced Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Prenatal, and Kids Yoga. She has taught students of all ages—from babies to the elderly—in studios, outdoor venues, schools, and private homes. Tina emphasizes simple, clear instructions and correct alignment, using yoga as a tool to help her students overcome physical and mental limitations while finding peace in the present moment through breathwork.
About the Class
In this class, we will explore a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques focused on specific themes, incorporating both strengthening and stretching movements to achieve balance. Mindful movement will be paired with breath awareness, fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and soul, allowing participants to discover their own strengths and limitations. The session will begin and end with meditation and relaxation, providing a space to release tension and stress while cultivating inner peace.
