About the Experience
This unique session combines breathwork and sound therapy to create a profound healing journey that enhances physical relaxation, emotional balance, mental clarity, and intuitive connection. We begin with an opening circle to cultivate energy flow, followed by a guided breathwork experience that incorporates various modalities, including pranayama, qigong, martial arts, and modern breathwork techniques.
