About the Program

Join Sang Ok for a rejuvenating retreat that includes simple nature connection activities designed to promote relaxation and enhance your mental, physical, and social well-being. This program welcomes everyone, regardless of prior experience, making it accessible to all who wish to improve their health through nature. To create a safe and inclusive environment, participants with mental or physical disabilities are encouraged to inform Sang Ok in advance. A questionnaire will be provided a week before the retreat to tailor the experience to your needs, with all collected data treated confidentially.
