Wellness Program Conditions
In case of rain, some wellness classes may be postponed. Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled session, and details will be announced at a later date.
Weather updates will be provided on the day of the program. Since all classes are held outdoors, their availability depends on rain and other weather conditions, which are beyond our control. Some classes may still take place if conditions allow, while others may need to be adjusted or postponed.
Please bring an extra set of comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor practice.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and self-care in the event of any injury.
Classes will begin on time; latecomers may not be admitted once a session has started to avoid disturbance.
Food and Beverages
No outside food or drinks are allowed during the festival. Refreshments may be provided or made available for purchase at the venue.
Health and Safety
As the festival takes place outdoors, participants are advised to wear suitable clothing and footwear and be prepared for uneven terrain, exposure to sunlight, insects, or other natural elements. Participants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing during the event.
Stay hydrated, wear comfortable clothing, and protect yourself from sun exposure. First aid support will be available on-site.
Photography and Videography
By joining our festival (including workshops and wellness classes), you consent to photos/videos being taken for promotional use. Please inform us beforehand if you wish to opt out.
Participants are welcome to take photos during the session, provided it does not disrupt the experience.
Amendments
The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or make changes to the festival schedule as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly to all participants.
